Having previously worked in both the public and private sectors for over 11 years, my breadth of knowledge will help advise you with your HR requirements no matter how big or small.
I also have extensive experience in Recruitment, having worked for a recruitment consultancy in London prior to my HR roles.
Most recently I worked for a Shared Local Authority in Hampshire for a number of years covering everything from straightforward day-to-day HR queries such as absence management, employee conduct and underperformance to large reorganisations and implementing talent management processes. I also worked on redefining organisational culture and identifying company values. Prior to that I worked for a multinational technology company, again working in a number of different areas of HR including international travel, business partnering with senior managers in the Sales and Technology teams and working with compensation and benefits.
